For not only developing your physique but curing most of the chronic diseases like B.P, Sugar, Thyroid etc by doing regular scientific exercise under able guidance & proper Diet.

Cardio section to improve your cardio capacity, having Tread Mill, Cycles, Elliptical, Steam and Shower facility for relaxation. Different Group activities like Traditional Surya Namaskar, Circuit Training, Bench Workout, Yoga are conducted to suit all age groups.
